He is a child and is not connected nor informed.
Are we really that gullible?
What has happened in your life to make you so miserable?

Someone who is tuned in to the Board of Trustees told me that the Board gave Turner the power to expand the stadium if it was needed in negotiations with an AQ conference. This not confirmed.. Hopefully someone else heard this as well.

Could be leverage to make B12 move and secure SMU so SEC does not.

Without discussing what a miserable POS Otter is, I can assure you he is not planted by our SID. Further, please, are you REALLY going to think an employee of Rivals who wants a career in sports journalism is going to make crap up? Use your heads. In no way is that saying anything will come together, but, please. He isn't just going to make some garbage up for the fun of it, and it's too bad any of us would think that he might.

This is all very exciting. I think we all should watch the Vandy vs. Alabama game tomorrow. It's like looking into the future.

I figured it out...Otter is Biggin, who appeared when we fired Bennett and disappeared suddenly when we hired JJ.
He's every bit as negative and sure of himself, and just as uninformed.

It could be leverage by the SEC to get OU, hell it could mean anything it could mean nothing. We are just talking about it.

If this is all BS this kid should be forced to wear a TCU shirt for a day
Seriously though - whats the downside for him to report this if he hears weve been mentioned at the smallest level?

EJ reporting that Armen and him are gathering more information and a full write-up will be on the SMU rivals site soon. Sounds pretty legit to me.
BTW, the original EJ tweet of SMU to the SEC has blown up with retweets and what not.

exactly. we may be a pawn, but it could also be a brilliant/historic move by the SEC. taking Mizzou or West virginia gives them nothing they don't already have. Giving them Dallas and Houston on the other hand...

Yeah some pretty funny response to EJ on twitter
SMU>MU“@EJSports4: #SMU now in serious discussions with the #SEC”
Wait...what? RT @EJSports4 #SMU now in serious discussions with the #SEC
Are we being punked? RT @EJSports4 #SMU now in serious discussions with the #SEC
I'm highly skeptical, but passing along "@EJSports4: #SMU now in serious discussions with the #SEC"
“@EJSports4: #SMU now in serious discussions with the #SEC”//Dream on!
Que? Como? RT @EJSports4: #SMU now in serious discussions with the #SEC
"Oh, please. What, no Tulane? @RJ_Young: RT @EJSports4: #SMU now in serious discussions with the #SEC"

I seriously hope that was contingent on getting the windows to open in the stadium club first.

by that's great raplh
One reason this might not happen is that auburn would have to move east and bama would have to give up a permanent crossover. Same con was thrown at mizzou
