standardized letter on CUSA letterhead says those in courtside/floor seating are held to a higher level of sportsmanship expectation, no profanity, blah blah blah can be ejected/tossed, whatever. Essentially the same thing that Ron Burgundy talked about on the jumbotron at Mavs games prior to tipoff. Note the use of the past tense "talk".
