HOrrible read by the WR on that blitz. Corner blitzes off of the outside WR, so he needs to adjust and do his hot route. Instead he runs straight down the field and we throw an incompletion on the screen.

usually that stat is indicative of a team that doesn't trust the offense - once you get behind the whole team starts pressing. Don't blame them of course for not trusting the offense...
