Never seen a better press conference introduction of a new head coach.
Chad Morris is Charismatic, energetic, confident and he has an SMU history of being a fan in those glory days.
And winning results are all he knows.
Look out TCU and Baylor, you will be seeing a lot of SMU at the high schools.

loved how he reiterated his h.s. coaching background and that he is one of them. that should go miles to getting some of the negative SMU feelings removed from the h.s. coaches.

Two important takeaways for me. When asked why SMU was the right place for him, Coach Morris said Dallas and TX HS Coaches, who will contribute and share in our success. He will hire one or two and get everyone vested in our (and their) success with a winning SMU program.

Further, he will animate the SMU Student Body and get them bought in to his commitment and our success. You can you imagine SMU students fired up, as LB has done for BB? It will be contagious.
