Well then, the only alternative is to burn the building down...get a rope.

What were the 9 infractions? If the penalty is out then the charges should be as well.

Have we gotten the official word or just ESPN sources?

Holy [deleted]. Here's the rest of the details. Recruiting is taking the major hit, that's where the NCAA decided to go after Brown. That's just ridiculous. Unbelievable.

That's the direct opposite of what everyone has said.

My info is from a very, very direct source and he texted 'there is no appeal', but then just now texted me 'I don't think we can'....so who knows at this point?

They can and will appeal. Your source has no idea what he's talking about, no offense. If your source is from within the university athletic department, then that's a problem.

You didn't know? This is Soviet Russia and the NCAA is Stalin. Just going around executing anyone it doesn't like.

The appellate process would take approximately five or six months.

Billy Embody: Hearing that #SMU will appeal sanctions. They're brutal, but disturbed by #NCAA taking this long to decide. Hurts seniors at SMU the most.

All of this for a player who isn't even any good.

We should have gone all in with Mudiay last season. The penalties couldn't have been much worse.
