As a long time fan I understand the pessimism, but you have to remember that the Larry Brown factor changes everything. This is no longer just school vs school.

I am fairly confident it will be SMU and will be shocked if it isn't. We have the best coach, a top 10 team, a great home court advantage, great players coming back next season.

it's after 2 a.m. in Australia.
So a noon announcement on Tuesday at his home will be 8 p.m. here.

never been so sure of anything in my life than that this message board isn't factoring into the situation one iota. and thank god for that.

Larry was not out serving donuts at this morning's ticket pick up as usual (or - at least I did not see him).
Perhaps he is en route to Australia so that he can be there for the announcement...
