Haven't been to a game, but saw pics of the new lax set up. It looks like they bought a small handful of those three row bleachers you see at public parks for soccer games for seating.

Here is a better view of the crowd. (Kid took the picture). Lower bowl was full from the hill to maybe the North 20 yard line I am guessing. Lots in the upper bowl as well. East side of Ford was closed, FYI. Yes, I have been to football games at Ford with smaller crowds.

Yes, they ran out of food. Yes, they ran out of drinks. Yes, the line was too long to get in. Yes, they ran out of tickets at the gate and just stamped people in!

I think they were just overwhelmed with the crowd. It wasn't just the largest crowd for a patriot cup game; it might have been double the next largest crowd. Last year, due to weather there were probably a hundred spectators. I saw lax swag from every DFWLL and select program in north Texas.

And, hey, it was the upset of the year in division 1. Penn State played phenomenal from the first whistle.

Better views of the West stands. You decide how many football crowds this beat. Attendance was 7k+ I am told.

That beat probably every crowd from the last half of the 2015 season. Impressive turn out and some nice weather.

Saturday at 1pm, undefeated SMU takes on TCU in Fort Worth.
