Several people on Baylor fans are commenting that this was really just between two consenting adults, and thus shouldn't be illegal, so why is Baylor being singled out??
Their fans are special.

I have always thought prostitution was a ridiculous crime. I can (or used to be able to) walk into a bar and small talk a lady to leave with me and let's say.....have a nice evening. But if I were to give her money, I have broken the law.
Apparently marriage can also be synonymous with prostitution.

Well, at least Baylor has transitioned to football folks having sex with women who have some degree of consent...

A few years ago didn't we have a couple of players like this coach ? Although he gave a gratuity, maybe he should have given her his Play Station to remember him by, and not money.

Pfffftttt
A hundred women get raped in Waco and the police are the last to know.
One poor guy desperate for the girlfriend experience offers to buy a undercover cop a $5 Coors Light and the shootout from 'Heat' ensues.
