I think I've posted this before, but it's worth repeating. A real marketing effort with a full staff dedicated solely to increasing attendance plus a budget can make a difference. NU might be P5, but that just made them cellar dwellers for decades and Losing Streak title holders. Dallas and Chicago have similar TV markets, local sports options, alumni bases, demographics, etc. Factor in Dallas's much better weather and semester system and I think it can be done. Someone just needs to call Phillips and borrow his checklist.
