Since that first drive, Carolina’s OL can’t block worth a darn.

Belichick said in his pre-game interview "we're not a good team yet". That's looking like a bit of an understatement. Doesn't appear they have much talent. Certainly don't have a QB or much team speed

I'm wondering if this is Belichik's version of hell...sideline interviews with the pesky media, uncontrolled environment, and a team that lacks the talent to implement his "Patriot Way" philosophy. We'll see how the coaches make adjustments in the 2nd half.

Go Carolina Blue....sheesh that seems weird to think or say...

Every time the camera shows Bill on the sideline he looks dazed & confused.

I thought the same thing. Not just in this game, but every time he did an interview.

UNC got wrecked by UCONN in their bowl game last year. I know new head coach and tons of new players...but yikes. Put a fork in them.

Great players make coaches great and Belichick doesn't have Tom Brady with him in Chapel Hill. Great atmosphere last night but if UNC can't win their next 2 games against UNC-Charlotte and Richmond it's going to be a very long season and the natives will get restless and ready for basketball season.

No, they'll just get more restless, period. Hubie is not getting it done, and it won't be long until Will Wade and NC State finish above uNC in the standings. If Carolina falls behind Duke *and* State, they'll have pitchforks out for Coach Davis.

Last year Hubert was complaining about lack of "NIL support".

Hopefully, UNC was that bad. Not that TCU was that good. Although Hoover looked like he threaded some needles.

Preston Stone looking like a completely different QB tonight against FCS opponent Western Illinois. Stone goes 16-20 for 183 yards and 2 TDs in the 1st half as Northwestern takes a 22-0 lead
