I've been out eating burgers. Lots of burgers. I've also noticed that you're scared to show up and show off your inadequate burger analysis skills.

Damn, dude, try to pay attention.

well, at least one on the official rankings list is no longer an option (i.e. Joe Willy's)

Tilley's Grill, the replacement for Joe Willy's, pretty much cloned the food and hired much of the same staff. I would think they would inherit the Joe Willy's ranking.

They might inherit the ranking if a pitcher of Fat Tire wasnt inexplicably twice as much as all other pitchers.

Any ranking that includes "Snuffer's" above triple-digits is flawed and definitely not official, non-binding and very questionable. And, considering the source, I say "burn the mural." They're not that hard to create... see Heritage Hall and Moody foyer.

Dallas needs an In-N-Out Burger. For those unfamiliar, it's a burger place in California.

In-N-Out is okay when you're in a bind, but the return of an all-time favorite would be welcomed... Hardee's. I think they're still flippin' burgers north of the Red River. I think they left Texas 25-30 years ago.

p.s. braum's in tulsa has a "bag o' burgers" deal... 5 burgers for $4.95

The Braum's throughout the Dallas area does as well. Split a bag with my son after his baseball game on Saturday.

If you ever get the chance, try Kellers just off Northwest highway. Great deal, great burgers, pretty much Sonic with personality and fresh cooked food.

You compare it to Sonic? Much better. More like Jake's, in my opinion. Good stuff.

Well I compare in the sense of a drive in with curbside service.

OK, so here is my story. I took my wife and grandson to the Byron Nelson. They did not know this but the real reason I took them was to get a triple meat Whataburger. So after the tourney and my wife's whirl wind shooping spree at the Galleria, I told them we were eating at Whataburger. We decided that after a big day it would be best to go thru the drive thru and take the food back to the room, relax and eat. I made the order and was surprised that the price was less than I had expected but did not question. I also did not question that my drink was smaller than the others. Big mistake. Got back to the room and realized instead of 2 regular Whataburgers and my triple, we got 2 regular Whataburgers and a Junior Whataburger. I trashed the hotel room in anger, ate one of the Whataburgers and cussed the order taker the rest of the night. Hopefully when football season starts I can once again try to get a triple meat Whataburger.

Hey mrydel, you might want to look in to some anger management therapy too before the next Whataburger excursion.  Those trashed hotel rooms can get expensive.

The trashed hotel room WAS the anger management. It prevented a homicide.
