Black out? Silly, Silly, Silly. I'm wearing my usual Red or Blue...or maybe even white, and this has nothing to do with the fact that I am a Marine and my wife is Army. Black out? SIlly!

My thoughts, too!!!! I'm feeling like we are being asked to honor someone, but don't think it's our service men & women. NEVER will I buy/own/wear BLACK SMU gear! RIDICULOUS!!! The 4 soccer mom family members in section 2 will be in red and/or blue.

This is America, there's not a gun to anyone's head, wear what you want to wear! At least half of our fans don't wear SMU gear to the games anyway, and that includes some of the biggest blowhards on this board. BEAT ARMY!!!

Geez.....so they asked us to wear black and its a fun little 'change up' for the kids that play......so why not? I will wear the black and not be a SMU renegade, but a SMU supporter because they just asked, and I won't be bitchin about something else like some on here that just have to be bitchin.
Could it have been requested earlier?....yes ....but its better to be supportive then not.

i wont be wearing black since i think it is goofy to be constantly changing uniforms and doing "____out's" (fill in blank with whatever color is most incomveninet to the majority of your fans).

Its not young, cool or hip. Its goofy and kind of desperate.

No. This black uni nonsense has me pretty pissed off. However, I thought better of compromising my "journalistic objectivity" and decided to nuke a couple of things I said in the heat of the moment.
