The Play by Play guy is Mr. Magoo. Despite the fact the ref's were signalling an incomplete pass, he kept on giving us information on the guy who "caught" the ball. Then, he tried to cover up his mistake by claiming that the guy was short of the first down (which he was) instead of pointing out that the pass was incomplete.
