It will be sold out and there will be a majority of SMU fans - that's my line and I am sticking to it.

Pony ^ wrote:As we get closer to the game, those tix will sell. I have about 12 Aggy friends going to Dallas for the game and are waiting to buy tickets because the price is simply too high right now...and I agree with them. They will probably drop later this week and be snagged immediately
Are those 12 Aggy friends still students? The ticket price isn't going to drop because there are still tickets available. Also, Aggy should be used to high ticket prices at Kyle and Cowboys Stadium. For a comparable seat in those places, the price is MUCH higher. I thought Ags would snatch up all the single game tickets once they became available. I guess the DFW alumni base isn't nearly what it is in Houston.

The Aggies are down after last week's loss. But Ford will be sold out and latest forecast calls for a high of 81. It's gonna be fun.

Amusing TexAgs,com thread on attendance projections-by keeping SMU/A&M prices so high in relation to Season Tickets they are really getting down on hands and knees begging SMU fans to give a [deleted] about our football program- Basically buy tickets to this game and get season tickets for peanuts. $85 for A&M plus $40 for still 5 other pretty darn good games. $20 bucks a game for the best non-BCS schedule in the Country

Also was told by giddyup they are over there [deleted] about parking. If people would think, we have one of the best parking/transportation situations anywhere. Park at any, ANY dart station and take the train to mockingbird. Done. Take the train back. Beats the heck out of the 2.5 mile trek across that godforsaken campus in college station after parking in one of the designated pastures

At A&M, Baylor and TCU you can park your car for free and take free bus over to Stadium. Do you have to pay to park in a Dart parking lot w/o riding. I don't know

Texags also apparently doesn't think we have a good tailgate...good thing they think that, they will fill the bars as we are on the blvd. 10000000 times better than their sandy tailgating

averaging about 27k per game so far which is worse than most would have expected

great job by those who showed up last night (and especially those who stayed until the end). Haven't seen conditions like that since the road game in Annapolis in June's 1st year. Have to admit that even I left that one midway through the 4th quarter

let's hope the guys can win one and regain some confidence next week. I'm concerned that we might not see another 20k crowd the rest of this home season. Sure hope the marketing boys are working on some Russ Potts magic and doing whatever it takes to get some butts in the seats for the remaining games
