The Sand Aggies will have a vey large contingent b/c:
Most of their students/alums are from DFW
Coach Ray Ban's first game
Any excuse to get out of Lubbock
Hopefully we show up and make it a great game. We should be well beyond the days of getting blown out by Texas f'ing Tech.

You'll hear it every time they score, which Kingsbury's offenses have done very well against us the past three seasons.

Strangely enough we held the Aggie offense in check for most of the first half. If our offense hadn't set a record for 3 and outs in a half then maybe our defense wouldn't have been completely worn out.

The same is true in Norman. Took me 3 trips before I finally realized it was the slack-jawed yokels, not OU students and alumni, that were f-bombing us out of the stadium.

Was going to refute that Tech's admission standards were 4th in the big 12, and then realized how bad the conference is in that area. I guess you have UT at the top, then maybe Baylor, then Kansas and then TCU. That would put Tech 5th. I would guess maybe OU is also ahead of Tech, but is that really it? Kansas st - definately not. WVA - nope OSU - no way. What an academic wasteland. Pretty good football though.
You would be wrong. OU and OSU will take almost any applicant from Texas. UT and Baylor have had higher admission standards than Tech for many years. TCU surpassed Tech recently. Not sure why, but admission standards appear to matter little when ranking schools.
