Great news. He shouldn't hurry. He can see what struggles Kraft and Knost have had on the tour despite winning multiple Amateur titles. You have to be not only a great golfer but a super one to win consistently on the tour. Maybe he should follow the path of Bobby Jones become a great businessman and never become pro.

Sounds like he has a future as a golf club designer. His club are very unique and it will be interesting to see if they take hold in the industry.

Don't forget the thing about him putting golf balls in Epsom salt to determine which are the best to play or something like that

Congrats to Bryson, family and SMU Men's program! That is incredible stuff having 4 US AM Champs since '98.

3 U.S. Amateur winners in the last 8 years. No other college has had more than one. If you go back to Hank Kuehne (who hailed from SMU/Ok. State), the we'd have 4 and OSU 2 (including Hank).
