"Why do you expect the players to become better than the opposition just because another week has passed? You do realize the other teams have coaches too and they are not just sitting still waiting on us to catch up don't you?"

I get it. The entire team sucks and defense is absolutely terrible. I agree. Improvements with this group are easy to gain...by waiting until they all leave or are recruited over. Unless you are some type of June apologist, you see this.

I have said many times I think Malone instilled his system knowing it would not work with this group. They don't have the personnel to run this. He want's the system installed so, no matter bad these guys are, they know it enough to help the real players once they get on campus. Maybe this is wrong, but it's how I cope with watching the same mistakes be made to the extent that we can see them happening before the play every week. I know you can tweak systems to adapt for lesser talented and skilled players. Maybe we just have such a complete box of misfit toys that we can't even adapt...or maybe we are adapting and the team is filled with such mentally deficient morons that they can't follow simple instruction. I don't know. I just choose to believe that are players aren't that [deleted] stupid, and they have a pulse, so....

Just worried we lose some of the key defensive players before Feb.

It doesn't matter? Malone's unpreparedness, paired with a bunch of freshman, ought to be a real hoot!

That's going to be a possibility as long as we are recruiting legit players.

Navy second string O line getting a good push on our D line. Our offense not playing well either.

Or a FG to match 71.

But we have shown we can get them from others also. This group knows how to recruit.
