Last time Dixon visited Moody he was harassed relentlessly, T'd up, and beaten by double digits. I look forward to his second visit.

Re: OOC 2018
Rankings are final AP
2014: SMU #18, TCU NR (SMU NIT championship game)
2015: SMU #20, TCU NR (SMU AAC champions, NCAA Tourney)
2016: SMU #25, TCU NR
2017: SMU #12, TCU NR (SMU AAC champions, NCAA Tourney; TCU NIT champions)
2018: SMU NR, TCU RV (TCU NCAA Tourney)
I like where TCU is headed under Dixon, but they've got some catching up to do to get close to matching our success. Looking forward to playing them at Moody this season.
Edit: By the way, just looked and TCU finished seventh and fifth in the Big 12 the last two seasons.

Re: OOC 2018
Haha, nothing rose colored about those figures. Remember we were pushing AP Top 25 in January of 2018, just a few months ago, before the loss of far and away our best two starters killed our season. My how we forget so quickly.

It's the past. Last year was an implosion.
I don't suspect that this year will be much better. I'll be watching

Re: OOC 2018
I get it. Other than one game, that tourney was ugly. Look, we need Jarrey back close to 100%. We need Chargois to return to the form he showed the first half of the season. We need McMurray to calm down. We need Mike to be who we think he is. We need Whitt to take the next step. Add an improved Douglas, Ray, etc. I just don't think we're as far away as you do, but I get it.

Re: OOC 2018
We were a good team receiving votes in the AP and Coaches' polls until Jarrey and Shake got hurt in January and Chargois got sick and couldn't turn the corner the rest of the season. As far as this coming season, we did lose Shake, which will hurt. But we get Mike and, thanks sadderbudweiser, Hunt as well. I'm really looking forward to this coming season. Ought to be fun.

I'm going to go back to watching All Is Lost .
"I bring energy, defense, I can score, I can do a lot of things," Hunt said. "I'm very good in transition, very athletic and I'm just going to do whatever coach needs me to do to win games. I like SMU's team and I like the way they play. I'm glad to be apart of this program and cant' wait to get on campus."
Re: OOC 2018
I'm a pretty firm believer we will have a fantastic year that surprises everyone and all those bandwagoners can go ahead and stay off
