seen enough. they should make SD walk home after this performance. Plus fire him. let the froggie have him. this debacle is on the coaches, who are already planning on leaving so they just didn't care.

What's the reluctance to play Preston Stone at this point? I don't get it. Unless he immediately throws a couple picks, could not be much worse.

I am a pro Sonny guy, but still........... No meaningful road wins in November since he's been at SMU and no bowl wins = he is what is is. Entertaining in September and October, frustrating and difficult to watch away from Ford in November.

So we end up (likely) at 9-3 and lose our bowl game. Is Sonny's stock still very high?

I’ve been watching SMU football since the late ΓÇÿ70’s. I’ve never seen a team line up and beat us like this.

That includes the Houston game, by the way. This is different.

+1

Wow. They have just folded. And no leadership from our coaching.

Central Florida is currently saying "Wow, how bad does that make us?"

Is this the most embarrassing performance in SMU football history?

Things Sonny did to prepare the team this week:
Met with his realtor to close on a nice house in FT Worth
Called Spectrum to plan to move his cable and Internet services
Called the Gas company to switch addresses
Called the Electric company to transfer service
Shopped for a big Turkey
Shopped for some purple sneakers
Shopped for some purple ties
Called the off duty fireman who was coming to put Christmas lights on the Dallas house and cancelled
Took drop off/pick up duty for the kids at school this week - and included side trips to Starbucks for a Peppermint Mocha.
Binge watched seasons 1 and 2 of Yellowstone.
Made a call to Levitt and Riley Thursday evening to see if the team was ready for the game and confirm what time the bus was leaving campus on Friday.
