It's always a good day when Duke loses

Tough break for Cal who has to visit Durham this week. The travel is tough enough but now they have to face Duke returning home and coming off a loss. On the other hand, UNC might get a break going to Clemson to play Monday night. Possible let down game for the Tigers and UNC desperately needing that win.

CalΓÇÖs minuscule chances are not really different.

Klempson will never ever overlook u*NC.

Klempson is now #30 NET. ThatΓÇÖs good news for SMU. If they stick in the top 30 they can be a Quad 1 win.

As noted, Klempson will never ever overlook u*NC. Also: yay. And this is good for SMU.

Clemson wins by 20 in Littlejohn after hitting 12 of 25 threes while UNC goes 4-19. Clemson also plus 12 on the boards and just dominated UNC in this game. That loss drops UNC to 7-6 in ACC play. Big week for SMU with games against both Pitt and Wake, This week will tell us whether SMU is one of the better teams in the ACC or whether we fall back to the middle of the pack

Our NET ranking dropped from 39 to 40 and as much as you hate to call any game(s) "must wins" I do think these 2 games in Moody this week qualify as must wins if this team is going to have any hope of an at-large bid to the NCAA Tourney. We've only played Pitt once having beaten them back in 2016-17 and comparing schedules, both teams beat LSU but lost to Miss State earlier this year. Pitt has "power conference" wins against West Virginia and Ohio State and was well thought of coming into conference play but they are only 5-7 in ACC games. They lost to Duke, Louisville, Clemson and Wake but did split with UNC. We both won @ Va Tech and both beat both Stanford & Cal. Pitt lost games @ Virginia and @ FSU. Should be a good one tonight.

Wake falls to F$U at home. SMU alone in fourth. Beat the Weird Evil Baptist Elders on Saturday and really create some separation!

Ga Tech continues to play well and beat Stanford tonight in Atlanta 60-52
