Duke plays a ranked Illinois team. BC is @ Michigan State, Stanford @ BYU and Vanderbilt travels to Virginia Tech in meaningful games against other P4 schools but it's difficult to see any game as more important than Baylor @ SMU today. Need to prove ourselves worthy of that Top 25 ranking and break a long losing streak to the Bears

FSU up 49-0 vs East Texas A&M in Talahassee. Obviously Doak Campbell is a LOT more intimidating atmosphere than Ford but that may well be an indication this SMU team could be in for a really tough season this year

UConn up 14-6 vs Syracuse at half. Illinois up 14-6 vs Duke

FSU now up 70-3

Final was 77-3 and FSU racked up over 700 yards total offense. Compare that to our game against East Texas and there is reason for concern

Syracuse has to come from behind to beat UConn in OT and Syracuse coach makes his team run "sprints" after the game. From the effort they showed running "sprints" I wonder whether their coach might be at risk of losing his team early in the season?

Clemson down 10-0 vs Troy in 2nd quarter after a lightning delay in their game

Next opponent Missouri State is playing at Marshall tonight. No score late in 1st quarter after both teams lost their openers

Clemson down 16-3 at half and looking even worse than SMU did today. Troy is having success running between the tackles and Klubnik threw a pick 6 inside his own 10 yard line

It took Clemson just 5 minutes in the 3rd quarter to erase Troy's 13 point halftime lead. Clemson now up 17-16 after a TD drive followed by an INT and quick strike TD

If USF can win in Gainesville they will be declared the surprise team of the year after their 1st 2 games this year that includes a blowout opener against Boise State!
