SMU news lately

Post by Pony_Fan »

Well, we are getting in the press lately for you DMN complainers.

Unforunately it's all been bad news. Let's spread some positive energy - this is getting totally ridiculous.

And I ask again as I did in the last thread that posted this.....How many teams were in the competition. If only 4 that is not good. The more there were the better, but it would be fairly decent of the reporters to mention how many participants there were.

Actually, I believe it is legs but you have to divide by 6.

...but is it really a sport? Also, if the horses are female, do they get scholarships and does that count against our title IX commitments?

well more good news, even though it is golf related, it is still representing the university..................the men`s golf team finished 1st out of 19 teams in their tournament this week.....they also had a player win it overall................

also was watching the golf channel and they had a interview with the SMU player that won the women`s tournament this week, nice intro, from Dallas and SMU...............

if you do not like golf understandable, but this is very good news.........

I'll agree with that, and I don't have "Golf" or "Girl" in my name.
They seem to be playing awfully well -- keep it up! Hit 'em long and straight!
