All of the 5 BE teams suing the ACC have commented that the ACC expansion will cause great harm to them (loss of money being their chief concern, duh). Seems to me like they are falling right into Tulanes' lap with their comments and lawsuit. Tulane should sue the pants off the BCS and call as their star witnesses the Presidents/ADs of the BE. I don't see how they could possibly lose.

200-250 well placed depositions would lead to a renegotiated BCS deal, plus ANYTHING could happen if they could file that sucker in New Orleans.
