Now that ND has beaten Duke, SMU has a record like Duke and UNT. Well, we did beat UNT, so could we beat Duke? WE are real bottom feeders aren't we.

OLeary eased up out of respect for Orsini or it would have been 80-20.

If it wasn't for that winless Fla International team, you could make an argument for SMU as possibly the worst team in the Football Bowl Subdivision this year. Our one win came against UNT. UNT's one win was against La-Monroe, who beat Alabama today. Duke has only one win, but they beat Northwestern. Minnesota has won only one game, but they beat Miami, OH. Utah St got their 1st win today - against NMSU (that's getting closer to our resume). Of the 1 win teams, only Idaho, with their win coming against Cal-Poly, rivals SMU's showing this year.

I hope today's lose doesn't affect our BCS standing.

No Sam...WE have been Bottom Feeders for 19 years...

And please don't mention ND and Duke in the same breath as SMU...their success in college athletics is un-paralleled.

Just don't worry about that.
