I dont understand why yall arent mentioning one of the best up in coming coordinaters in college football. Major Applewhite should be big in consideration for this job he took a rice offense last year that was designed to run the option installed a spread offense and got more out of the team than anyone expected and with a mustang offense designed for his offense mabey he could help justin willis perfect fit. Everybody is talking about some has beens who really dont have the name power that Major does his strongs ties in Texas and kids who idolised him as the UT quaterback would gladly come play with him and he would probably stick around until Mack Brown retired because that job is gift wrapped for him.

Probably that little part in his resume about "no prior head coaching experience."

why havent we mentioned him? because the first two weeks were nothing BUT Major Applesauce. also, did you see a certain orsini quote saying he wanted someone with at least 5 years of BCS coaching experience? go back maybe one page in the forum archives and you will see a lot of him
