EVERYONE over there is already planning for their new head coach.
Wondering if this may actually be true. I hope not!

They hate Kragthorpe so much that they take any chance of him leaving and run with it. It's actually pretty sad.

Louisville fans are as delusional as any. I remember the hurt we put on them in Louisville with Reggie Dupard rushing for like 200 yards back in the day. They are now in the BE and still play second fiddle to Kentucky. If Kragthorpe leaves, they're going to have a very hard time finding a coach who will come there. One and done hirings make life very hard for a search committee. With other good jobs out there like Michigan and its ripples, possibly Tennessee, Clemson, etc., coaches may just say no to Louisville. Heck, they may be happy to get that UT offensive coordinator.

Yeah East, I remember we beat them at their place to open the 84 campaign.. I think we also played them at Texas Stadium.
I really believe this is all empty conjecture. I don't think it's Kragthorpe.
One thought though: If he doesn't get the SMU job, they're really going to be pissed at him and disappointed.

The only place this Kragthorpe rumor came from is that rumor mill website, right?
Has anyone seen anything in the Dallas Morning News lately about the coaching search? Seems to me its awfully quiet over there at the Athletic Department.

The only thing to come out of the DMN lately is a few blogs about the rumors involving Kragthorpe.

Their QB was taking national title etc. for 2007. Kragthorpe came in and well.... just check the record. They even lost to Syracuse at home.
