Question for mac users

How do you post a picture on the board with a mac? No right & left click...and I don't have the cheat sheet list with me.
In the "post a reply" screen, click the "Img" button. Then type the URL of the picture. Then click the "Img" button again. If you need to right click, press the ctrl button and click.
