Mustang Band 2008 outlook

Hey all you beanie-wearers:
What's the audience going to see this year? Any big changes or cool new tunes to be listening for? How many marchers will we see? How was band orientation week and all that?
These are questions for those IN THE BAND or those IN THE KNOW. I don't want random replies like "hopefully they'll entertain me this year", etc.

You just stole Gen. Patton's thunder.

I hear there is a true freshman starting on Tuba. He was very good with Fiddler on the Roof in high school.

Just one question: Will be the Mustang Band be larger this year? 99 and a gal?

It's 96. And no.
We're marching 74, slightly smaller than last year. IMHO we sound better. The orientation stuff went well. First show is a tribute to June.
2 dolls, though.

I don't think SMU would allow that type of show in Ford Stadium...

I don't think God has anything to do with it. You need to speak with a man named Don. He's much easier to get in touch with.

I hear that some folks equate God and Don as one-in-the-same.
