With this kids background he was BYU from the word go.

The news on Rowley was released by PIAA this morning...I didn't think that SMU had a real shot at him but I had been hoping that Hawaii would be out BYU for him. However, with his parents going to BYU and grandfather working right next to the practice facility, it isn't a shock that he chose BYU.
