Wild animals live. When there are too many, they die. That is nature. It is beautiful. Why must we manage it?

Because there would not be too many if man had not taken away all of the habitat they once had. It's not just nature at work here.

They're an introduced species and had no original habitat here in the US. They need some good predation, maybe spend $5 million of that $100 million and introduce a bunch of wolves to control their numbers. $700 million??? That's insane. At least it looks like we're going to save some money by killing the F-22, an expensive and unneccesary piece of pork. The JSF is a LOT cheaper at least...

So, they die, and the buzzards, hawks and eagles eat them. Its call the cycle of nature. There are carion eaters. If you're trying to thin the herd to make them more healthy, then authorize the glue factory guys to go hunting for them. I heard that to save money they were talking about canceling the annual ChicoteagueAssateague Pony round-up, swim and auction.
