why does my night class go from 630-920 when every other class I take only meets for 1hr and 40 min a week?

One hour & 40 min. a week? One day a week? LOL!!!

You guys got it much easier than we ever did?

It was 3 to 4 hours one day a week for us & sometimes longer.

i miscalculated, without my calculator...3 credit hrs = 2.5 hrs of class time

using that logic i should be done at 9pm...but somehow im there until 920

don't you guys take a break in your night class? prob from 7:45 til 8 or something like that? There's the phantom twenty minutes. Factor in another 5 minutes of farting around and you're back to your 2.5 hrs

What am I missing. When I was there we took 3 hrs of classroom time for 3 hrs of credit. Is this new math or the age of entitlement?

You are actually complaining about going to class for less time then the credit and you expect even less class time?

thank you for responding with the auto-default reaction....we were missing that from this thread. btw, NOT a new policy to have 3 50min classes or 2 120min classes.

i was bored in class and and it crossed my mind so i started a thread.

yup, I think you're getting hosed on that break

Fall semester of my last year I took all night classes. Did not start school until 5 pm.
