Offseason

Post by Pony4Life »

How long do the guys have off before their offseason workouts begin? Do they start working with Coach Faucette soon, or are they expected to lift and run on their own?

With the heart and promise they showed in the last game of the year, I wish Spring workouts started tomorrow.

Usually weights start shortly after returning from Christmas break. As the wether improves then running/agility drills are added until spring ball. Once spring ball is over then official workouts end.

I do not know what the NCAA rules are on timing and volume of post Christmas break/spring training drills. :showoff:

Presumably our guys are "allowed" to wander in to the weight room on their own. Hopefully many of them already have.
