once again he raises his performance as he does in every big game. Then he's inconsistent in games he should dominate. Loved the strong move to the end zone today when he cut to the middle of the field. When he smells every TD and every First Down like Emanuel Sanders he will be even better.

Every game this kid does something to make me take notice. If our QBs could just be more accurate when they target him, and get him the ball in stride, his numbers would be just sick.

I have heard complaints earlier in the year about the play of our recievers. Now that they have had a couple or three games under their belt with JJ I think the reads are better. I was really proud of the receivers today. Look forward to Cole being back in the lineup. That was impressive today without him.

Yep. Great game, considering Beas was out. I hated seeing him on the sidelines in shorts. I hope he's on pace to come back against UCF.

Darius Johnson's quote after the game in FWST "I really don't like these TCU people. So it was good to get a win."

Cole going down may have indirectly won this game. All our receivers have been in play the last two weeks. Cole comes back and hope the distribution continues.

Jones jumped him pretty good (in the calm manner that Jones jumps kids) about going out of bounds near the end of the first half. We could have run the clock down to about 10 seconds and it would have kept them from their score just before half time. We still have some learning to do but I think that was a lesson he will remember.

DJ needed that; JJ benefited from similar encouragement from JJ

I really love seeing Darius bloom -- since 2009 his speed was exciting. reminds me of how we saw Aldrick mature and improve after being in the shadow of Emmanuel - now Darius comes into his own as a legitimate big time #1 WR after being in Al's shadow somewhat

This kid is the real deal, and I will say it again for good measure. JG Davis is an animal. I love that guy!

That's such a back handed compliment. When the defense we play each week actually gives him a chance to catch a ball thrown in stride, they will be there. He caught them and made the plays when they counted and the QB made the throws to win the game....nuff said. Accurate enough to be 4-0 as a starter is pretty good.

Only saw glimpses of a good receiver his first couple of years but he doesn't look like the same receiver whether it be effort or body shape! All-american if i have ever seen one!
