The Big East is still considering adding Temple, and UCF's Conference USA rivals SMU and Houston.

It's just posturing to get ahead of the BE news. If CUSA schools get invites to the cartel, they're going. No press release is going to change that.

If Boise, AFA leave MWC and SMU, UH, UCF leave CUSA, not too much FB quality left in either conference IMO.
