Just saw a dude repping SMU on Main St, Santa Monica

I have 3 smu buddies in Santa Monica this weekend and were going to bars to watch cfb today, good possibility it was one of them!

I'm representin' in Las Vegas today! ... spoke at a conference yesterday and this morning and now I'm leaving to go watch the game at a bar on the strip ... dressed head to toe in smu gear (well head to torso anyway).

I'm pretty sure I'm the only person in Austin, Texas wearing a SMU Jersey today. Seems that SMU is covered in all major cities.

About 25% of our student body is from California, so it could just be one of them at home for the weekend

Riding shuttle from Amon Carter after the game two weeks ago I sat next to a couple of student looking guys in smu shirts arguing about whether auburn or some other state school had the better forestry program, both of them using "we" to refer to the school they were arguing for. At least they were at the game and had on SMU gear so I suppose I should give them credit. Still a bit depressing though.
