Future Big East map

Post by johnangle »

I don't know how many of y'all are visual learners, but I mapped the future Big East (assuming the six bids we're hearing about work out, no defections, etc).

Blue is all sports, red is no football, green is football only

Geographically this thing is a mess but it has some great tv markets, and that's what matters these days.

Excellent map but isn't Navy football-only? I don't know if I missed that they would want to be all-sports or not.

You know, other than the two western, football only schools, this doesn't actually appear as absurd as I had imagined. Thanks for the visualization.
Stallion doesn't think I'm a stinkin' genius anymore.
