Not commenting on any new info, other than that the exit fees are now $10 million upon execution of expansion plan.

maybe they'll do a - "and one more thing" like at the apple product releases...

It is a teleconference with reporters.....so no video. I think "live coverage" just means they will blog about it during or after the call.
