Oklahoma, Texas and Oklahoma State: Three perennial powerhouses that TCU now has to play — and beat, if they want that coveted BCS bid — every single year. That's not even mentioning Texas Tech and Baylor, whom the Horned Frogs couldn't even defeat this season.

Hell, they couldn't even beat Southern Methodist University.

I don’t' think TCU had to Pony UP $5 million as they were not officially in the Big East. But it does look like the SWC is getting back together. Slowly but Shirley.

jibba jabba from the article

Sure, Cincinnati is looking pretty good this season, and West Virginia is ranked in the top 15, but there is never a consistently good Big East team year after year.

The teams in the conference are more up and down than a woman with PMS.
  :?:

methinks the suckas at the editial board at the "independent student newpaper of the University of Cincinnati" let this one slip out
