Hadnt thought about this until today...but with A&M being the only game he played...any chance he can apply for & get a medical hardship and get an extra year of eligibility?
Would definitely bolster the line next year

Check the participation chart. He has played since A&M. Not much but he has played. He played against NWLA and TCU. And he certainly gives no indication of injury on the sideline. Especially when he went out on the field to confront the player that hit JJM last game.

I thought so too but I did not see his name for UCF or TCU.

He shows having played against NWLA and TCU, and you have to have a season ending injury, not a "the coach wants someone else for now" type of injury.

If coach says it is a season ended injury then it is a season ending injury. I think we see him next year.

Did everyone see him at the end of the UCF game? Sprinted over towards the players entrance when a certain UCF player was leaving, got right in his face about something, and before the fight could start the officials broke it up. Would love to know what that was all about

He was going after the kid that laid out JJM on the interception that many thought was a cheap shot. But players need to be ready for clean hits like that. The moment the interception took place JJM became a defensive player. A clip or spearing would have been a cheap shot, but it was a clean blow. And had the receiver not have tackled the interceptor, JJM was about the only one left to stop him.

I have seen you mention this a couple of times. I know the NFL rule is that if the quarterback is not moving towards the player with the ball, then he cannot be hit violently. I am not sure whether this is the rule in college or not, and I am also not sure what JJ was doing so not sure whether that would apply in this case anyway, but thought I would mention it.
