Narrator said that our athletes play on Sunday afternoon and nights.
Also, Joey Fontana was on screen labeled as "Jordan Free"
More quality stuff.

They said "provide joy on Sunday afternoon and nights". Could be intentional and referring to post-game enjoyment of victory.

Hope they put us in AFC West, other than Oakland, I like our chances.

A few quirks: Last week the narrator referred to Peruna as a she.

Houston got some good coverage in this week's ESPN All-Access "Houston". Did anyone else catch it? Below is a short segment of the show (ignore the thompson/hunter) but it really made an unimpressive school look really impressive -- moreso even than earlier episodes highlighting schools like OU,Tennessee, etc. The halls leading to and the walls of their film rooms had graphics of UofH players on them, no strange neon logo ceiling fixtures, their weight room looked huge and cutting-edge (in reality it isn't)...everything but their practice field looked top notch. And they are BIG! I hope SMU can get a similar spotlight on ESPN, and when they do, I hope we can put out a slightly more polished product than Climb/Stampede.

This episode didn't have much on the USM game, and rightfully so. This was definitely more of a recruiting episode with all of the study hall and study assistants getting in their time this week.

Stampede is the best local college football show I have seen going back to the Darryl Royal/Cactus Pryor days! I like the all-around coverage such as the blvd and preparations during the week and university features and the voice of the narrator although sometimes he goes a bit overboard with sayings such as "one of our receivers heroic efforts" to become academically eligible and another guy "mentoring" the younger guys when it is well-known that guy has had numerous off-the-field-issues since his arrival on campus! I get so tired of hearing the receivers coach. I want to hear Mason, Morrison, Suan, Klemm, Odom,Jones, etc.!

Best local yes, but the all access stuff that ESPN is doing is amazing. Just saw the year of the QB, Arkansas Depth Chart and it was awesome.

If I was a parent watching the T Wilkerson segment, yeah they rehabilitated his grades but god-gosh, 27 hours of 3.0 or better just to meet the NCAA minimum?!? That kid must had straight D/C- his last semester, why didn't they catch it then? Poor monitoring?
