Line moved from +4 to +3...thoughts?

I'm nervous about this game. Really hope our players are able to respond well after the beat down last week. Injuries/suspensions concern me. Fingers crossed McDermott stays healthy, because we are f'd if he goes down.

I thought it was always at +3. I stayed away from this game because I don't think we know how good Tulsa actually is.
