WRs were lousy today

While JJ was off today, he got little help from the wideouts. After watching the Houston game this week our WRs don't catch the ball half as well. DJ and Cole have pretty good hands but the others don't hang on to the ball and it costs us some big plays.

Game could have had a much different tone today if Wilkerson doesn't drop a sure TD bomb on the 1st or 2nd play of the game

How he missed it amazes me...it dropped right into his hands.

brings up a good point. All the things for which we've gotten bullshti answers...dropping passes, slipping, etc...(lights, turf)...keep happening. Only to us.

I think the reality is our wide recieving core isn't nearly where it needs to be. We have a lot of nice commits right now at WR which I hope means a brighter future at that spot.

Agreed too many drops...not all the blame should fall on McD. Yes he missed a lot, some were high whatever. But in order to win we have to make plays. Each and every player has to make plays. Not every play call is going to be great, I have heard that a coach will make 10-15 amazing calls a game, 10-15 bad calls. And the rest are up to the players to make something happen. Opinions? I hope we figure it out! Gotta make plays and we simply arent making enough....on either side of the ball!
Pony Up!

it does seem like Wilkerson drops 1 or 2 key passes every game.
