Will we have to endure stories about how June Jones is a miracle performer and turned SMU into a national powerhouse? In reality, we are lucky to have a lot of Tulanes in CUSA.

It's good to listen to the Gentle Musers and Norm spend about five minutes talking about how great Gary Patterson is right now and what a great investment that was.

We're going to get a lot more Coog High content than SMU content. We'll get mentioned twice, once at the beginning during the introduction and once at the end when it's time for the picks.

Before Jones arrived, we couldn't beat schools like Tulane. So how do you explain the change?

Saturday night after the Stanford game, Fowler or Herbstreit (whoever was doing the interview, don't remember) signed off saying "See you next week in Houston"

Houston's fan support has improved dramatically and I expect they will have a good turnout. I remember being impressed by what TCU accomplished when Gameday came to their game against Utah a few years back now. Good to see the "little guys" get the opportunity

Over/under on whether the ESPN bus will be up on blocks and stripped by the end of the broadcast?

I will bet the ESPN bus gets set on fire. But not by Cougar High, but by the angry, rabid students of Child Rape State.
