SMU-Rice Set For 11 A.M. Kickoff On Nov. 26… NM

I predict the lowest turn out of the season for this one....No students in town (not that it makes much of a difference) and no time to enjoy the boulevard on a holiday weekend will keep many away from walking in this game.

Absolutely THE worst time for people hoping to travel back to Dallas from their Thanksgivings. Why does it feel like we just waive the white-flag every scheduling decision? "Oh but the SMU fans still in Dalla..." No they won't.

You do realize that FSN sets the time not SMU right? Its SMU-Rice, unless we were playing to go 10-2,11-1, or 12-0 this game was pretty much always going to be at 11 AM. Look at the other teams on their schedule, of course SMU-Rice is the undercard.

When they are deciding this can't we call FSN and make a push for Memphis/Marshall being the early game? I feel we got the bottom half of the stick thrice in this scheduling announcement.

I'd rather we not be on TV. The attendance will be horrible.

Memphis plays Southern Miss and it is a regional game at 3 PM. Ours is the 11 AM national. National TV > Regional. Come on man, do your research before getting hot and bothered

The other games on FSN that day are Big XII games. Those were announced last week, so this isn't a surprise. It was only slot left.

Have they bought the tarp to cover the north end zone seats yet?
