Or it i just against us ? I remember they did not even attempt a pass a few years ago against us. I swear when I have watched them in other games they complete passes every once in a while.

Just checked Proctors stats.. Yep we are the only team they have not completed a pass on all year.

They've done that many times. Unfortunately, you have to plan for them to occasionally throw the pass.

This stat doesn't matter. The Broncos beat the Chiefs yesterday and only completed 2 passes. You have to be able to stop whatever the other team does.

This game was lost because of turnovers.

SMU has "shut down" corners-and did complete a pass to Acker.

I believe 2 out of the last four games Navy has beaten us without completing a pass. I am not sure, but one of those games I don't think Navy attempted a pass.

i don't think the need for a pass ever entered navy's mind.
why pass when you can take a pitch 40 yards without being touched, like in the fourth quarter when it was about 2nd and 8 and i thought for sure they would pass.

I think it was the monsoon game where they didn't try a pass.

We defended Navy well enough. They were well under their season average in yards per game.

Even the offense was OK for the most part (after the first Q). We just left 11 points in the red zone. Can't do that.
