June looks pumped...-ish...well, at least on the June Jones emotional scale. Very good to see.

I always have gotten the sense that he likes it when nobody thinks his team has a chance. Sometimes they're right, of course, but it seems like he has pulled more than one upset in his day in situations like that.

I just wonder, when Keenum can get it out of his hands so quickly, what do you do to defend. Abort the rush and try to cover?

They'll just gash you with the run if you start dropping 8 back.

I assume we'll see the fire zone blitzes all day but we cant cover very well in the LB spot.

Simple- knock keenum out of the game. It's a sportmanship thing- like 95-21
GO PONIES!!!

Our LBs on their WRs/RBs will spell disaster for us. Keenum is slippery and if we bring pressure we have to bring him down, he operates very well outside the pocket and can tuck it and run.

Good point. I think I can count about 20x we have been in the opponent's backfield and our guys can't seem to get a grip on the QB inches away.

As someone who not only didn't play football but also is willing to admit ( ) that I didn't play, can you explain a couple of terms that we hear the coaches use a lot:
-- fire zone blitz (how is it different from a zone blitz?) -- dogs and zone dogs -- Cover 2, Cover 3 and Cover 4 defenses
I get a lot of the basics, but I'd be lying if I said I could break down some of the more technical coachspeak.
Thanks

What rush? Haven't had one in 3 of the last 4 games.
