Is Houston ready for SMU?

Everyone seems to have given up on the team for this game. I know the spread is ~19 but Cougar High has played NOBODY. All I see on this board are fan predictions of them by 30+. I'm not saying I expect us to win but don't give up before the game starts. For those who decided not to bail on the trip to Houston after the Navy loss - get loud and go represent in front of the Gameday crew!

+1. A lot of people seem to think we are playing LSU. Houston is getting way too much credit for beating jv teams.

If we make them earn each yard and if we make no mistakes on offense, then we have a good chance to beat them. Our defense may be the best one they've seen this year. Obviously, no ZL and McD's recent happy feet moments, will make this a lot tougher. The good news is that a windy day hurts both QB's. Neither QB is terribly mobile.

LSU hasn't scored 50 points in less than a Half in at least 3 games either. UH has started slow numerous times this year-need to make sure they don't explode for 35 in a quarter.
