THURS AM BEAT HOUSTON WEEK DAY FOUR...READY FOR OUR 7:00 AM START OF PRACTICE AND THE LAST BIG ON THE FIELD WORK DAY HEADED INTO THE COOGS ON SATURDAY...BIG ARTICLE THIS MORNING IN THE DALLAS MORNING NEWS ABOUT HOUSTON QB CASE KEENUM WHO NOW HOLDS ALL OF THE NCAA PASSING RECORDS...YOU ALWAYS WANT TO PLAY AND COMPETE AGAINST THE BEST....OUR DEFENSIVE PLAYERS HAVE PRACTICED WELL ALL WEEK AND LOOK FORWARD TO THE CHALLENGE...OUR OFFENSE KNOWS WE HAVE TO SCORE POINTS AND MOVE THE FOOTBALL...SPECIAL TEAMS HAS TO CREATE AN EDGE...A GREAT CHALLENGE BUT A GREATER OPPORTUNITY...PONY UP!

True, actions do speak louder than words. Maybe we should but a giant sign on the practice field to remind the team. or we could go with Quit crying and play football!

I think that sign is actually hanging over the locker room drinking fountain. Per The Stampede, our locker room seemed riddled with little axioms.
