I'll take it. Who knows...maybe if Padron can get healthy and with a month of practice, we can give them a good game.

Would feel like we had a chance if Padron was starting. Not so w/McD.

this raises a hell of a good point. Is June really gonna give McD all of the practice snaps for three extra weeks of practice plus the bowl game itself? I bet he does, but WHY????????????????????

If Nebraska loses to Iowa on Friday, it could be Nebraska too.

Ohio State seems like far too good of a draw to get subjugated to the Ticket City Bowl.

Big 10 already has 10 Bowl eligible teams with 7 teams with 7 wins. Northwestern, Ohio St and Illinois with 6-5 records. Purdue is at 5-6 and could be 11th Bowl eligible team. Ohio St with a loss finishes at 3-5 in Conference

The Big 10 currently has 6 teams with 7 wins (Michigan State, Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, Penn State, Wisconsin) and 3 with 6 wins (Northwestern, Ohio State, Illinois). Purdue would be the 10th bowl eligible team. I think all 7 win teams have to be placed to bowls with conference tie-ins before 6 win teams so Ohio State could be left out of a Big 10 bowl altogether if Northwestern and Illinois come up with another win and Ohio State loses to Michigan.

I assume he'd get them all if Padron is still hurt.

Bowl games are funny, though...especially in the lower tier bowls (like Ticketcity) the team that is "supposed" to win doesn't show up with the emotion they need and end up getting beat.

Not saying we'd beat OSU, but don't think it's an impossibility.

Like Nevada in the 2009 Hawaii Bowl, and SMU in the 2010 AFB?
