what is the message i got all about? no earlier than 8 and closed at 9? or am I just reading somkething wrong.

Another important note is that access to the Boulevard will open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 a.m. next Saturday.

Not crazy. I think they might have meant closed at 9 pm? So you can go back out after the game and watch the midday and Sat night games at your Blvd spot.

i went back and reread the memo...its clearly says "...close at 9 am"...

Won't be able to get your cars on blvd after 9am. 2hrs before kickoff, same as always.

can start setting up at 8:00a.m. access by vehicle ends at 9:00a.m. which is 2 hours before kickoff. same as it is for every game (except homecoming)

Mustang Fans -
The verbiage in a previously sent email to you about ticketing options and BLVD information earlier today has caused some confusion.
The issue is concerning the logistics on the BLVD.
As per the normal timing of BLVD related activities, the BLVD will be opening at 8:00AM for set up and will close to vehicle traffic at 9:00AM (2 hours prior to kick-off).
The tailgating and good times will go on up until game time, as usual.

Not all blvd owners are Smu grads.
But, it did say ACCESS to the blvd, so that should have been pretty easy to figure out.

I just had a little gnat running across my computer screen and I thought it was a "roach" post and then I realized it was not his avatar but rather a real little bug.
Back on subject, someone be sure and wake up Mestengo in time to get to his spot before 9:00.
